Awake at 4 AM but with early light and an amenities trip I happily saw no one else here. An uninterrupted night.

Cold. If it’s this cold now, Winter is going to be bitter.

At Kambah Pools. Shower in Queanbeyan, cleaned the solar panels at Yarralumla Bay where I had lunch.

Quite hot. Don’t like driving in it.

Probably have to go to the coast tomorrow; might give it one more go at Mawson.

Back from a Centenary Trail walk south from Kambah Pools alongside the Murrumbidgee.

80 minutes of quiet splendour.

Kebab at Mawson then when dark went to my Athlon Rd carpark spot – and sure enough someone is in it. I have no doubt they saw me there and copied. Homeless person with a nice car – I saw him in it.

So now I’m at the concrete paved carpark at the lake, and finished setting up. A lot of cars going past, hope I get away with this.
