Cold, windy, rainy, and quite alive.
Had a range, today. Warm early morning, chilly to cold after sunrise, icy when the wind changed direction and increased, rain, drizzle, sunshine.
I drive to the Bay selectively now to save petrol costs, and chose today due to the cold, wind and rain to have a hot shower. Couldn’t.
Got used to it quickly and put on my new ski pants bought on sale in Fyshwick. Warm as toast. Fabulous.
Back now in the rest area, all but dark (before the moon rises) and had an Indian shower on arrival. No wind, thankfully, and enjoyed it.

Fallen So Soon
Only seems like last week that these trees were rich in leaves of colour. Riverside Park.
Freeze windy winter day.
Shots of water courses entering Moruya River, between the bridge and the hospital, not just for something different, because I feel stuck here until the new tablets have run their course as instructed and bored shitless. Couldn’t think of anything else.

Moruya River
First shot from the quarry. Led me to reflect again on the town’s name and aesthetic, which in combination doesn’t invite. The river, its valley, and backdrop are extraordinary. The town looks bland, ad hoc, and couldn’t give a shit about aesthetics. A makeover would respect its topographic gifts.
And this well known spot upstream is just gorgeous.
