Never seen this before.

Looks like a fingerprint left on the sky.

Feeling a chill from the wet and after a break in the rain of about 20 minutes, I needed fresh air. On the jetty I shot off a couple of photos then heard what I thought was a porpoise. Phhoooer. Air expulsion.

It was a seal motoring slowly but determinedly by. These are the only photos I could manage.

I waited about 20 minutes but never saw or heard it or another.

Pleasing timing.

Rain since yesterday evening. Drove to the river.

It stopped raining eventually.

Terrific place to have a shower?
