  • “You Are Giving Them Their Country”

That, in answer to, What are you giving them?

Comparing this rest area with the AGNSW Friends Of The Gallery and why benefactors donate to it.

They’d do the same, I told Forestry boss, to Friends Of Forestry Campovers.

A group of Forestry Corporation executives inspected the rest area today, mostly why there’s been so much noise, and I took the chance to recommend Forestry repeat this success right throughout NSW and use the goodwill to present Forestry in a terrific light.

It’d be highly revered, and world famous – the ability to see NSW through rest areas, free of charge. Enjoying this incredible country.

  • NOISE

Since 8.40 AM. More noise. Pump. Now the leaf blower again.

    Nightmare stay.

Since arriving I’ve been monitoring blood sugar, using an underarm attachment and a specialised app on the phone, installed Monday and monitored by Eurobodalla Health.

The stress from nonstop noise I’m certain has affected my readings which in turn affect my altered insulin dose.

There’s been an abundance of opportunity to warn about the noise, but they just rurn up and do it as though no one is here and no one affected.

As a consequence of not advising the public no one knows how long they’ll be here – and whether to go somewhere quiet for the day.

Long day. Met the leaf blowers boss.

Jumped out of the van just now to see this:

  • Leaf Blower AGAIN??

Started up. Sounds like it, nearby. Could be a chainsaw.

The noise completely ruins the peaceful amenity of this place. It’s also a stress inducer.
