I should have documented these on the winter solstice.
Down at Moruya Heads to check out the seas and frazzled atmosphere, some die back bush, and struggling light.
Fabulous dark sagging rainclouds occasionally, soon today to be often, dishorging on the landscape.
Living in amongst it, alive.
UPDATE 8.43AM
Right on the edge of it. I tossed around the idea of going to Batemans Bay, bridge protection, shower, but it’s worse. If the map is good, or rather the weather system faithfully follows it, should be reasonably free of rain a bit later.

Keep forgetting there’s a timeline along the bottom. Fabulous development.
Terrifying. Wet. Cold. Windy. Feeling jittery from not having eaten the oats that sat cooked and ready on the little stove. Me outside. I had locked both front doors and the side door. Could be in serious trouble here. I had a spare – inside the car.
Rushed to the rear door, felt resistance! Yes, it would open. I scrambled in.
Smart thing to do was to eat. I watched a video about retrieving a broken key from inside a car door lock, but which door? In any case, I needed a locksmith. How much more cost?!
