Had a couple of extra days at Narooma than Council wants, and though others are there for weeks, felt the right thing to do was to move on.
Stopped in at Tuross. One of the loveliest spots due to waterways either side of the headland, but it is the devil of a place to get out of.
Finally did, and back at the Nth Moruya rest area – on the highway side, away from the creep who I’ve no doubt is in the prime spot and I also bet had spent every hour of the day and night in his car while I’ve had a fantastic time this last week. He’s ruined this place and it’s horrible to come to.
Imagine, though, if he had to move out and ended up on the gorgeous forest I’ve just hiked on and painted. Taking out a valuable place and not appreciating it. Better he’s here, now I’ve thought about it.
Anyway, less than a week for the van mechanic appointment and then down to Narooma to see if this new GP is any good. So I’ve an excuse to stay in the forest again.
The forest attracted a lot of motorhomes, as many as vans, all thrilling in the healthy environment. Arrive here to see a familiar sight but then is carted off. Seems apt.
